DVD Order Form
Complete this pre-order form if you would like to pre-order a copy of the UCLA Vietnamese Student Union’s 30th Annual Vietnamese Culture Night to be held on Monday, January 18, 2010 in Royce Hall. Each copy of the DVD costs $10 and will include the entire show including chapter scene selections, behind the scenes footage, and special interviews. All buyers will be notified upon the DVD’s release (usually 2 weeks after the show) by e-mail. Payment must be received before DVD is distributed. Add $1 per DVD if ordering DVD by mail.
