The Ms. Foundation for Women has announced that it is accepting proposals for its second annual fellowship, which will support a talented leader pursuing change related to the Ms. Foundation’s advocacy and policy work.

Proposed approaches may include but are not limited to research and analysis, policy reports and white papers, technological innovation, state legislative strategy, and anti-discrimination initiatives. As many of you may know, there is a major crackdown on human rights activists in Vietnam. And it’s not getting any better. Most recently, 14 human rights defenders were sentenced to 3-13 years in prison, merely for the simple fact of learning about digital security, leadership skills, and writing on blogs. They are young. They are dedicated. They are community organizers. They are us.
